Habermann Aurum Pumpen GmbH supplies customised slurry pumps, standardized chemical, water and wastewater pumps, suction dredgers, and industrial valves for all conceivable applications.
Habermann Aurum offers a diverse range of pumps with various inner lining options, including innovative polyurethane APFlex®, polymer cast lining CeramCarbide®, which is hard as diamond, and rubber. Pumps with elastic linings have an established history of demonstrating exceptional resistance to aggressive chemicals, particularly acids and chlorides.
Our specially developed solutions include suction dredgers, vertical pumps on floating pontoons or in containers for dewatering applications, robust submersible pumps from the Challenger® series, hydraulic-driven pumps from the Heracles® series for excavator mounting and the indispensable helpers on every construction site from the Apollon® series.
PUMPS WITH ELASTIC LINING OF ALL INNER PARTS EXPOSED TO THE SLURRY (HPK series)
Centrifugal pumps of the HPK series are widely used in extreme wear applications and have a proven track record of exceptional resistance to aggressive chemicals, particularly acids and chlorides. A key feature of these pumps is the elastic lining of all wet parts with materials such as polyurethane and rubber, which significantly slow down the abrasion process and provide a protective barrier. These durable and long-lasting materials enhance the pump's internal resistance to stress and corrosion caused by chloride-bearing fluids, significantly reducing wear issues.
Another lining option for the HPK series is our specialized CeramCarbide® coating. This advanced material offers a substantial improvement over standard metallic casings by providing superior resistance to high concentrations of acids. Additionally, it can handle solid particles up to a maximum size of 5–10 mm.
For added convenience, the pump casing design of the HPK series has been optimized to facilitate the easy replacement of all wear parts, ensuring simplified and efficient maintenance.

VERTICAL PUMPS FOR WET AND DRY INSTALLATIONS
Vertical pump series is suitable for both wet and dry installations. Thanks to the modular structure, vertical pumps can have the same configuration as the HPK, NPK and NPW series. The installation depth, up to 1800 mm, is available for the V300, V320 and V330 series. These robust pumps are designed to tolerate high concentrations of solids and are equipped with a cantilever shaft without a shaft seal. Additionally, the V330 type is ideal for handling foaming and gas liquids as well as discontinuous operation. This type can also be equipped with shaft seals if required. The immersion depth for the V1 and V2 series extends up to 5000 mm. The hydraulic system is identical to that of the horizontal pumps in the HPK, NPK, and NPW series, offering the same power range.

SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS FOR PROCESSING SOLIDS
Challenger® and Heracles® designs are robust, exceptionally reliable pumps equipped with a flanged submersible motor for wet installations. Typical applications include mining, fine sand extraction, sludge dumps, dam drainage, and cleaning of lakes, ponds, and rivers. These wear-resistant pumps are constructed using the proven and reliable designs of the HPK, NPW and KB series. Today’s advancements in pump production technology enable us to create an improved geometry for the slurry flow path, resulting in significantly enhanced efficiency and a longer service life for the casing and wet parts. These pumps can be tailored to the properties of the process media, making them suitable for handling neutral, alkaline and lightly acidic media.
