KU-3D/1D Velocity Proportional Seismometer
Our flagship seismometers are KU-3D and KU-1D which measure in 3D and 1D, respectively. The KU-3D and KU-1D both fulfill DIN 45669-1 requirements. Their high sensitivity allows applications in mining, geothermal plants, salt caverns, oil & gas, deep thermal energy storage, CCS, as well as construction according to DIN 4150. These seismometers contain SM-6 coils which are used in well-established seismic sensors all over the world.
KU-BRL Velocity Proportional Borehole-Seismometer
K-UTEC’s three-component borehole-seismometer fills the gap in your seismic monitoring network, when conventional seismometers can’t be used due to high noise-levels. Its robust casing and small diameter enable usage in nearly every borehole.
