Linear Actuator DFPI
The Festo DFPI is an intelligent linear actuator designed for a wide range of applications, thanks to its internal displacement encoder and an optional integrated positioner, along with an optimised guide rod for swivel motions. In combination with the Festo CMSH SMART positioner, this actuator is ideal for regulating air dampers, processing bulk materials, and controlling flotation dart valves, and it complies with ISO 15552 standards.
Quarter Turn Actuator DFPD
With a torque range from 10 to 32 000 Nm, a rotation angle of up to 180° and corrosion-resistant versions, manual/hydraulic override options, the single- or double-acting DFPD is suitable for ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves or air dampers. It is fully integrated into our Online Configurator for quick design engineering and compatible with our high abrasion and chemical-compatible butterfly valves.
Control Cabinets and Panels
Festo custom control cabinets enclose all pneumatic, electrical, and electronic system components. These control cabinets are individually designed and built for their respective applications, considering the specific requirements of the mining or mineral processing industries. The design includes features to resist harsh ambient/environmental conditions due to weather and climate. Along with Festo components, third-party components can be integrated into the panel designs as required. The operationally tested system is delivered ready-to-install directly to where it will be used if requested, complete with all engineering documents.
Mobile Hydraulics - Equipment Training Package (TP) 801
The training packages for mobile hydraulics take components which often appear in vehicles as highly integrated, functional modules and present them as separate, individual elements with unique symbols and clear terminal identification codes. The teaching principle behind this is guiding students step-by-step from a simple component to a complex, complete picture with practical demonstrations. Many vehicles and applications use constant or variable displacement pumps. In these training rigs, the energy usage of different systems, also when under load, is compared and assessed. Systems with multiple consuming devices are set up, connected in parallel, tandem, and series, and examined in terms of characteristics, such as priority, flow rate distribution, and pressure dependency.
Motor Control Technology - Equipment Training Package (TP) 1221
Many technical workers, primarily industrial electricians, industrial maintenance technicians, and mechatronics technicians, need to understand, install, maintain, and troubleshoot control circuits and their main controllers, such as manual, automatic, reversing, and reduced voltage starters. The equipment set Basic Motor Control Technology builds knowledge and skills in the fundamentals of industrial electric motor controllers. A wide range of hands-on learning activities optimises the development of technical expertise, as well as soft and troubleshooting skills, all prerequisites for being well prepared for the workplace.
