Challenger® and Heracles® designs are robust, exceptionally reliable pumps equipped with a flanged submersible motor for wet installations. Typical applications include mining, fine sand extraction, sludge dumps, dam drainage, and cleaning of lakes, ponds, and rivers. These wear-resistant pumps are constructed using the proven and reliable designs of the HPK, NPW and KB series. Today’s advancements in pump production technology enable us to create an improved geometry for the slurry flow path, resulting in significantly enhanced efficiency and a longer service life for the casing and wet parts. These pumps can be tailored to the properties of the process media, making them suitable for handling neutral, alkaline and lightly acidic media.
